What if you want to completely remove the Private Browsing feature in iOS so that it’s impossible to use and not merely an option in Safari?
I think i figured it out .. I had to select File > New Window .. and then close the window that was opening every time in private mode, then close and restart Safari. I guess Safari remembers you last private mode settings, did not run into this on previous version of Safari, anyways back up and running. Private browsing can not be set to always on. No it can stay on. Even if I add new tabs, close and re-open Safari, even if I kill Safari and start it up again private browsing remains in effect until I turn it off.
